Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Sandbox ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Sandbox provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, Odoo ERP implementation, AI solutions, and branding. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are detailed in individual project proposals and contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries used in development remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins. All invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sandbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
